Submitting the plan for combined international rail transportation from Zhengzhou Putian Western Station to the place of destination, withholding and paying expenses for rail transportation, hoisting, loading and securing; handling customs clearance and customs transit clearance procedures and paying relevant expenses; approving loading and securing schemes, coordinating with railway stations, customs and other relevant departments; ensuring the transportation of the cargoes in a timely and safe manner. Based on the ex-factory time of the plant, Sino-Worlink tailored reasonable delivery plans, prearranged the wagons to the place of dispatch, and worked out schemes for the whole transportation processes. After the start of the transportation, Sino-Worlink provided the customer with accurate cargo transportation information, loading information and photos and railway bills. By doing so, Sino-Worlink ensured the success of cargo transfer at Dostyk Port and lessened the workload of the customer.
